Do you offer banking and DP facilities?

Presently, we do not offer banking and DP facilities, but we have tied up with up with banks, for example, HDFC Bank, to offer you net banking facilities. We have also tied up with IIT Corporate Services Ltd. to offer you DP facilities at your doorstep

Is it necessary to open bank and DP accounts with your designated banks and DPs?

While it is not necessary for you to open an account in any of these banks and depository participants, it is recommended that these accounts be opened, as it will ease transactions on 5paisa.com.

What if I already have a Demat/Bank account with an other Bank or Depository?

You can use your existing bank and DP accounts. You will have to ensure that we receive clear funds in our accounts 2 days before pay-in to the Exchange. You will also have to ensure that funds for margins are also in our account before placing an order.

What if I'm an existing account holder with your associate banks?

If you're an existing account holder with any of our designated banks, all you have to do is to mention the same on our registration form.

Do I need to maintain a minimum balance in my bank account?
