(1)Customer is unable to login. TOP
This happens when the customer's account is deactivated, which can occur due to 5-consecutive login failures or explicitly disabling of account by the admin. In this scenario Password/Pin can be obtained by using PACE software. Same can be obtained by Sending a request to Branch / Relatioship Manager .
(2) The customer is unable to get Market Watch. TOP
CASES :
A)   Market watch with scripname is visible, but unable to get market rates.
  • This happens when the customer is unable to communicate via proxy/firewall server to our Feed Servers, for which the client side proxy/firewall setting needs to be changed.

    B)   Blank Market window comes with a cross on top left hand side.
  • This occurs if SUN java or java IBM in Tools => internet options => advanced is active,Deselect it to inactive SUN java or java IBM

    C)   Market window is completely blank.
  • This occurs when Microsoft vm is not installed correctly,in this case reinstall it from click here. After saving it on your computer run the same and restart your computer as per the required setting.
  • This may occur due to a second login by the same Login ID, which invalidates the current session.
  • This may happen due to invalid script mapping. In NSE scripname has to be "Symbol+series" for eq ( INDIAINFOEQ )and in BSE scripname has to be only sybmbol ( INDIAINFO )
    • (3) Does it have any additional features? TOP
    NEW INVESTOR TERMINAL can be downloaded over the internet and trading can commence instantly. With live streaming quotes.Compared To Old Investor Terminal,This Has BSE Cash Segment Also.
    (4) What is the type of Internet connection that I will require to access NEW INVESTOR TERMINAL? TOP
    You can work on any Internet connection, which has a minimal speed of 56 kbps.
    (5) Can I download NEW INVESTOR TERMINAL on more than one computer and login from any one of the computers? TOP
    You can download any time on any machine,You can use NEW INVESTOR TERMINAL only from one location. If you are already logged in at any other computer,then the current login on a new computer will cause a disconnection on earlier computer.Thus you are free to download the software on more than one computer and login from any of thoose computers but only one of them at a time.
    (6) Some times NEW INVESTOR TERMINAL cannot be downloded , just gives Downloading image for infinite time? TOP
    This may happen due to the following reasons:
    1. Microsoft VM is disabled / Microsoft VM is not installed.
    2. When the Security Alert is not accepted by the computer.
    (7) In case the Security Alert is not accepted by the computer, the customer needs to delete offline contents. TOP
    For this go to Internet Explorer ==> Options ==> General == > Delete Files == > Ok.
    (8) "Order rejected ..Expsoure not available for a Client" TOP
    This may happen when you are exceeding the exposure allocated to you.
    Exposure allocated can be checked from "Exposure menu" available in the trading system.

    Buy (Delivery) order "Free cash" ( Gross Cash - Cash utilised )
    Sell (Intraday) Order "Free cash" ( Gross Cash - Cash utilised )
    Sell (Delivery) Order Using this option client can sell from holding. credit of the same would be given intantly.
    (9) " Error while selecting from Client Holdings " TOP
    If you are selling stock with delivery option and the stock is not in your holding then you will get that message While selling stocks with trading account = > Delivery the stock must be in your Previous day holding same can be can be checked by clicking on "BOD holding" menu available in the trading system.
    (10) " Invalid Symbol Or Series.Symbol Or Series does not exist. " TOP
    While placing order for wrong scrip one would get above error.   In NSE scrip name must be "Symbol+Series" and in BSE scrip name must be only symbol
