The Rs.130.05 crore of Hariom Pipe Industries IPO, consisting entirely of a fresh issue worth Rs.130.05 crore, was subscribed 7.93 times overall at the close of bidding on 05th April. The basis of allotment will be finalized on Friday, 08th April. If you have applied for the IPO, you can check your allotment status online. 

You can either check your allotment status on the BSE website or the IPO registrar, Bigshare Services. Here are the steps.

Checking the allotment status of Hariom Pipe Industries on BSE website

Visit the BSE link for the IPO allotment by clicking on the link below
https://www.bseindia.com/investors/appli_check.aspx 

Once you reach the page, here are the steps to follow.

1. Under Issue Type – Select Equity Option
2. Under Issue Name – Select Hariom Pipe Industries from the drop down box
3. Enter the Application Number exactly as in the acknowledge slip
4. Enter the PAN (10-digit alphanumeric) number
5. Once this is done, you need to click on the Captcha to verify that you are not a robot
6. Finally click on the Search Button

In the past, the BSEINDIA.COM website used to insist on entering the application number and the PAN number for it to be a valid entry. However, that rule has now been changed and applicants can input either the PAN or the application number for the output.

The allotment status will be displayed on the screen in front of you informing about the number of shares of Hariom Pipe Industries allotted to you.

Checking the allotment status of Hariom Pipe Industries on  Bigshare Services (Registrar to IPO)

Visit the Bigshare Services registrar website for IPO status by clicking on the link below:

This dropdown will only show the active IPOs, so once the allotment status is finalized (end of day on 08 April 2022), you can select Hariom Pipe Industries from the drop down box. Once the company is selected from the dropdown box, you have 3 methods to access the allotment status.

A) Firstly, you can access with Application Number / CAF Number. Enter the Application / CAF number as mentioned in the form acknowledge slip and then you can click on the Search Button.

B) Secondly, you can search by Beneficiary ID. From the dropdown box, select the depository name i.e. NSDL or CDSL. In the case of NSDL, enter the DP id and Client id in separate boxes as provided. In case of CDSL, just enter the CDSL client number. After that you can click the Search Button in both cases.

C) Thirdly, you can also search by PAN number. Once you select PAN from the dropdown menu, enter your 10-digit PAN number, which is an alphanumeric code. Once you enter the PAN, click on the Search Button.

The IPO status with number of shares of Hariom Pipe Industries allotted will be displayed on the same screen itself, just below the Search Button.
