At 12.30 pm on Thursday, headline indices Sensex and Nifty were trading marginally higher amid mixed global cues. The Sensex was at 58,150.23 up by 153.55 points or 0.26%, and the Nifty was at 17,383.25 up by 61.05 points or 0.35%.

The top gainers on the Sensex are HDFC Ltd, Reliance Industries, Larsen and Toubro, Tata Steel, and Titan Company. On the flip side, the top losers were Axis Bank, ICICI Bank, UltraTech Cement, IndusInd Bank, and Maruti Suzuki.

The Nifty Midcap 100 index is trading at 29,368.15 and is up by 0.27%. The top three gainers of the index were Shriram Transport, Page industries, and Navin Fluorine International Ltd. Each of these scrips was up by more than 4%. Similarly, the top 3 stocks dragging the index were Alembic Pharmaceuticals, Mannapuram Finance, and Dhani Services.  

The Nifty Smallcap 100 index is trading at 10,525, down by 0.25%. The top 3 gainers of the index were Aegis Logistics, VIP Industries, and Linde India. Each of these scrips was up by more than 2%. The top 3 stocks dragging the index are FDC Ltd, Edelweiss Financial Services, and Trident.

All the Nifty sectoral indices were trading in the green, barring Nifty Consumer Durables, Nifty Oil & Gas, and the banking indices like Nifty Private Bank and Nifty PSU Bank.
