List of Penny Stocks: Penny Stocks Those Were Locked in the Upper Circuit on Wednesday, February 02

At 2 pm on Wednesday, headline indices Sensex and Nifty 50 surged marginally with the Nifty maintaining the 17,700-level mark. The Sensex was trading at 59,426.44, up by 563.87 points or 0.96%, and Nifty was trading at 17,746.75 up by 169.90 points or 0.97%. 

The top 5 gainers in the Sensex pack were Bajaj Finserv, IndusInd Bank, HCL Technologies, Kotak Mahindra, and Bajaj Finance. On the flip side, the top losers were Tech Mahindra, Sun Pharmaceuticals, Maruti Suzuki, Nestle India, and UltraTech Cement.

The Nifty Midcap 100 index is trading at 30,946.50 and is up by 1.09%. The top three gainers of the index were Vodafone Idea, Dr Lal PathLabs, and Union Bank. Each of these scrips was up by more than 5%. Similarly, the top 3 stocks dragging the index were Balkrishna Industries, JSW Energy, and Oberoi Realty.

The Nifty Smallcap 100 index is trading at 11,337.65 up by 1.42%. The top 3 gainers of the index were TV18 Broadcast, Karur Vysya Bank, and Indian Bank. Each of these scrips was up by more than 7%. The top 3 stocks dragging the index were Alok Industries, Chambal Fertilizers and Chemicals, and Kajaria Ceramics.  

The Nifty sectoral indices were trading in the green, except for Nifty Healthcare, Nifty Consumer Durables, and Nifty Oil& Gas were in the red.
