List of Top 10 Penny Stocks: These Shares Gained Up To 10% on Thursday, February 03
Today, the Indian market closed down with a red mark. BSE Auto Index is the top gainer whereas BSE Information Technology is the top loser.
After the Indian equity market being closed on a positive note since Monday, today the equity market closed on down with a red mark. Besides, all the sectoral indices closed on a negative note except two indices that closed positively.
In today’s trade, Nifty 50 and BSE Sensex indices closed down by 219.80 points i.e., 1.24% and 770.31 points i.e., 1.29%, respectively. Stocks that supported BSE Sensex and Nifty 50 to pull the index up were ITC Ltd and Maruti Suzuki India Ltd. Whereas, stocks that dragged BSE Sensex and Nifty 50 down were Infosys Ltd, HDFC Ltd, Reliance Industries Ltd, Bajaj Finance Ltd and HDFC Bank Ltd.
Among BSE equity indices, only two indices closed on a positive note namely S&P BSE Auto and S&P BSE Consumer Durables. BSE Auto consisting of stocks such as TVS Motor Company Ltd, Hero Motocorp Ltd, Bajaj Auto Ltd, Ashok Leyland Ltd, Tube Investments of India Ltd and Escorts Ltd led the pack.
In today’s trading session, S&P BSE Information Technology, S&P BSE TECk, S&P BSE Realty, S&P BSE Capital Goods and S&P BSE Diversified Financials Revenue Growth Index were top losers. BSE Information Technology consisting of stocks such as L&T Technology Services Ltd, MindTree Ltd, Ramco Systems Ltd, Ramco Systems Ltd and Cyient Ltd were the top laggards.
