Domestic benchmark indices were trading higher with the BSE Mid-cap index up 0.42% and the BSE Small-cap index up 0.48%. 

On Friday, the benchmark indices were trading higher with Sensex up around 370 points or 0.60% at 62,232 and the Nifty trading up by 108 points or 0.57% at 18,426. About 1,982 shares have advanced, 1,309 declined, and 141 are unchanged on the BSE.

Top gainers and losers on BSE Sensex are as follows: 

The top Sensex gainers were Reliance Industries Ltd, Tech Mahindra Ltd and HCL Technologies whereas the top Sensex losers were HDFC Bank, Bharti Airtel and Power Grid Corporation of India. 

The BSE IT Index was the top gaining among the sectorial indices and BSE Realty Index was the top losing sector. The BSE IT Index soared 1.30%, led by Zensar Technologies and Mastek Ltd while the BSE Realty Index was down 0.32% dragged down by Macrotech Developers Ltd and Oberoi Realty Ltd.
