On Monday, the benchmark indices were trading higher with Sensex up around 208 points or 0.34% at 61,937 and the Nifty trading down by 101 points or 0.55% at 18,303.55.
About 1,778 shares have advanced, 1,568 have declined and 184 were unchanged on BSE.
Top Gainer & Losers on BSE:
Sun Pharmaceuticals, NTPC and Infosys were the top Sensex gainers today, while Tata Motors, Axis Bank and IndusInd Bank were the top Sensex loser.
The indices traded in a higher manner in the broader markets, with the BSE Mid-cap index up by 0.50% and the BSE Small-cap index up by 0.22%, respectively. The top mid-cap gainers are Muthoot Finance and ACC Ltd, while the top small-cap gainers were Shreyas Shipping & Logistics Ltd and Nilkamal Ltd.
