The Indian benchmark indices were trading higher with BSE Realty Durables and BSE Bankex being the top-gaining sectoral indices.
On Monday, the benchmark indices were trading higher with Sensex up around 85 points or 0.85% at 61,576 and the Nifty trading up by 138 points or 0.78% at 18,210.
About 2,016 shares have advanced, 1,006 have declined and 132 were unchanged on BSE.
Top Gainer & Losers on BSE:
IndusInd Bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank and Bajaj Finance were the top Sensex gainers today, while Larsen & Toubro, Asian Paints and Sun Pharmaceuticals were the top Sensex loser.
The indices traded in a higher manner in the broader markets, with the BSE Mid-cap index up by 0.68% and the BSE Small-cap index up by 0.62%, respectively. The top mid-cap gainers are L&T Finance Holdings and JSW Energy, while the top small-cap gainers were Agi Greenpac Ltd and Olectra Electric.
