IPO Synopsis

Public issue of 47,60,000 equity shares of Rs.10 each for cash at a price of Rs.[*] per equity share aggregating Rs.[*] lakhs by Vigneshwara Exports Limited (VEL or issuer or the company) including a reservation for eligible employees of 360,000 equity shares of Rs.10 each, at the issue price. The net issue to the public is of 44,00,000 equity shares of Rs.10 each (the net issue) and the issue would constitute 46.21% of the total post issue paid-up equity capital of the company. Price band: Rs.110 to Rs.124 per equity share of Rs. 10/- each The face value of the equity shares is Rs.10/- each. The issue price is 11 times the face value at the lower end of the price band and 12.4 times the face value at the higher end of the price band
