Similar to a backup site for a business's operations, a disaster recovery site is utilized by financial institutions and stock exchanges. This guarantees that regular company operations may carry on without significant disruptions. To prepare for crisis and build up these backup sites, stock exchanges, depositories, and clearing companies should follow the instructions that SEBI released in March 2021.
