VST Industries is the second-largest cigarette manufacturer and Saler in India. The company has a market capitalization of Rs 4,763.37 crore and is trading at a low PE of 14.88x. The 5-year average ROCE for the company remains strong at almost 62%. However, the stock has remained flat for the last 5 years.
