ONGC Ltd: On 27th May, the company announced it will invest Rs 31,000 crore for three years to explore the Indian sedimentary basin for fuel which could help the nation expand its current production and be self-reliant in the energy sector. The company posted gross revenue of Rs 34,497 crore in Q4FY’22, up by 63% and Rs 1,10,345 crore in FY’22, up by 62%. The net profit was Rs 8,860 crore in Q4 FY’22, up by 32%; Rs. 40,306 crore in FY’22, up by 258%. It also declared a dividend for FY’22 of Rs 10.50 per share considering an interim dividend of Rs 7.25 per share and a final dividend of Rs 3.25 per share.
Today at 11:00 am, the scrip is trading at Rs 141.80, a decline of 1.36%.
ITC Ltd: ITC has acquired 400 equity shares of Rs 10 each and 2,980 Compulsorily Convertible Cumulative Participating Preference Shares of Rs 100 each of Blupin Technologies, the company behind the direct to consumer(D2C) brand, Mylo representing 10.07% of its share capital on a fully diluted basis. This investment will be a benefit for the company in expanding its presence in the D2C space. Today at 11:00 am, the scrip is trading at Rs 269.40, a gain of 0.09%.
Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd: The company launched the ‘New Bolero City Pik-Up’, an addition to its existing ‘Pik-Up’ range, in West Bengal. The new model boasts best-in-class mileage, segment-leading payload capacity and cargo width, and best-in-class engine torque. Mahindra Group has increased its stake in Carnot Technologies, an ag-tech start-up, to approximately 69%. The group has also affirmed its commitment to its vision of making Krish-e, the group’s farming as a service vertical, India’s largest ecosystem of digital products and solutions. Today at 11:00 am, the scrip is trading at Rs 994.20, a gain of 4.30 %.
Dr Reddy’s Laboratories Ltd: It has launched Pemetrexed for Injection, 100 mg and 500 mg Single-Dose Vials, the generic equivalent of ALIMTA (pemetrexed for injection) in the US Market and approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (USFDA). Today at 11:00 am, the scrip is trading at Rs 4357.40, a decline of 0.79%.
Tata Steel Ltd: Tata Steel’s Jamshedpur Steel Plant has been recognised as the World Economic Forum’s Advanced 4th Industrial Revolution Lighthouse. With this new milestone, Tata Steel is one of the few enterprises with three manufacturing sites in the Global Lighthouse network. Today at 11:00 am, the scrip is trading at Rs 1054, a gain of 1.02%.
