Rallis India: Rallis India Limited, a TATA Enterprise and a leading player in the Indian Agri inputs industry announced its financial results for the quarter and financial year ended 31 March 2022. The company recorded consolidated revenues of Rs 507.54 crore, an increase of 7.70% over the same quarter previous year of Rs 471 crore. Headwinds from supply chain disruptions, and steep cost inflation has impacted the company’s performance whereby the company posted a net loss of Rs 14.15 crore compared to a net profit of Rs 8.12. At 11.05 am on Friday, shares of Rallis India were trading at Rs 264.80 down 6% or Rs 16.65 per share.
INEOS Styrolution India : INEOS Styrolution APAC Pte. Ltd, the promoter company has offloaded 13.81% of their stake in the company comprising 2428040 shares. The promoter company held a 75% stake in the company, post the stake sale, the promoter now holds 61.19% in the company. The shares of the company hit the lower circuit of 20% on Tuesday when the offer for sale was launched. At 11.45 am on Friday, shares of INEOS Styrolutions were trading at Rs 845, down 0.4% or Rs 3.05 per share.
Sasken Technologies: The company has posted its Q4 results wherein the net profit shrunk by 7.6 % at Rs 26.88 crore compared to Rs 29.09 crore for the same period last year. The net sales remained flattish at Rs 109.18 crore compared to Rs 110.61 on a YoY basis. Sasken is a specialist in Digital transformation and Product Engineering providing services to 100+ Fortune 500 companies. At the time of writing, shares of Sasken Technologies were trading at Rs 888.10 down by 4.74% or Rs 44.15 per share.
Neuland Laboratories: The manufacturer of Active Pharma Ingredients(API) today in its exchange filings informed that CRISIL has affirmed its credit ratings assigned to the company’s debt, ratings for long term debt and fund based limits stand at CRISIL A-/Stable while non-fund based limits stand at CRISIL A2+. At the time of writing, Neuland Laboratories was trading at Rs 1382.75, up 0.35% or Rs 4.85 per share.
RailTel Corporation of India: The company informed in its exchange filing today that it has received a work order from National Informatics Centre Services Incorporated in relation to the assignment of work of Immigration Visa and Foreigner Registration & Tracking at a total cost of Rs. 29.75 crore. At the time of writing, shares of RailTel were trading Rs 119.35, up by 1.96% or Rs 2.30.
