HGS Axle is a custom-built human-centric automated dispatch assistant that assists Emergency Roadside Service (ERS) teams by triaging and capturing information while relieving stress for stranded drivers. HGS Axle was designed to create an easy-to-navigate, 24/7/365 self-service emergency roadside assistance experience, reducing the amount of time and effort a driver must expend to resolve frustrating vehicle breakdown situations.
When a stranded driver contacts an ERS company via phone call, SMS, or mobile messaging, HGS Axle's intelligent platform locates the nearest tow truck, dealership, and/or mechanic, resulting in a digital dispatch that saves customers much-needed time and effort in a stressful situation.
All parties can monitor Axle in real-time via GPS to see the status of the tow truck or other next steps. The Axle bot understands the context of the customer's problem by accessing the knowledgebase and employing machine learning algorithms such as Natural Language Processing (NLP) and deep neural networks. Then, back-end activities, such as a dispatch to begin transactional processing, are automatically triggered.
Hinduja Global Solutions Ltd is engaged in the business of business process management (BPM). It offers voice and non-voice-based services such as contact centre solutions and back-office transaction processing across the globe. The promoters holding in the company stood at 67.13%, while institutions and non-institutions held 15.51% and 17.36%, respectively.
