Ace stock market investor Mukul Agrawal added three companies to his personal portfolio and bought additional shares of at least two companies during the quarter ended March 31, 2022, according to shareholding disclosures.

The man behind Param Capital picked up Shankara Building Products Ltd, a retailer of home improvement products; sponge iron & ferro alloys maker Sarda Energy & Minerals; and mobile value-added services firm OnMobile Global as fresh companies in his portfolio.

Agrawal bought 2.4% of Shankara Building Products, 1.6% of OnMobile and 1.5% of Sarda Energy. He also owns a stake in a peer of Sarda Energy—Indian Metals & Ferro Alloys.

Meanwhile, he also increased his stake in at least four companies. These include Neuland Labs and Sahyadri Industries. He also marginally upped his holdings in Intellect Design Arena and EKI Energy Services.

At the same time, Agrawal trimmed his holding in at least three companies: Mastek, Repro India and Jet Freight Logistics.

Moreover, he either exited completely or brought down its holding to under 1% in Paras Defence & Space Technologies.

Besides these, Agrawal stayed put with nearly two dozen existing portfolio companies. This set includes names like Apollo Pipes, Indo Count Industries, Somany Home Innovation, Gati, Parag Milk Foods and LT Foods.

He also decided to maintain his stake in JTEKT India, Arman Financial Services, Kamdhenu, Vardhman Special Steels and Dhabriya Polywood.

In total, Agrawal held stakes in around four dozen companies, though his overall portfolio is likely to be higher as in some companies he may be holding under 1% stake. A third of its portfolio of 48 companies in which he held shares as of December 31, 2021, are yet to disclose their latest shareholding pattern.

Typically, he holds a 1-3% stake in listed companies though in some firms such as Dhabriya Polywood, Arman Financial Services and Gati he owned 5-10% stake as of March 31.
