On 25th October 2023, Tech Mahindra announced its quarterly results.

Key Highlights:

- In USD, Revenue stood at $1555 million, a drop of 5.1% YoY. In INR, Revenue stood at Rs.12,864 crores, down by 2% YoY
- EBITDA was reported at Rs.1072 crores
- In INR, Net profit was at Rs.494 crores, down by 61.6% YoY
- Total Contract Value (TCV) was reported at $640 million
- Total headcount at 150,604, up by 2,307 QoQ 


Business Highlights:

- Industry segment growth was led by Communications, Media & Entertainment (CME)  vertical which grew 37%, Manufacturing was at 17.8%, Technology was at 11%, BFSI at 16.1%, Retail, Transport & Logistics at 8.2%, Others at 10% .
- Among major markets,  America grew 53.3% and Europe grew 23.6%  Rest of the World grew 23.2%

The Board approved an interim dividend of Rs. 12 per share.
