Aavas Financiers, IFB Industries, and MHRIL have witnessed volume burst in the last 75 minutes of the trade.

As the saying goes, the first, as well as the last hour of each trading session, is the most important and active in terms of price & volume.

More so, the activity in the last hour is said to be of utmost importance because most of the pro-traders and institutions are active at this time. Hence, when a stock sees a good spike in volume in the last leg of the trade along with price rise, it is considered a pro, and institutions have a keen interest in the stock. Market participants should keep a close watch on these stocks as they can witness good momentum in the short to medium-term.

So, based on this principle, we have shortlisted three stocks that have witnessed volume burst in the last leg of the trade along with price rise.

Aavas Financiers: The stock was rising steadily throughout the day and gained about 3.87% at the end. Most of its gains came in the last hour when the stock shot up nearly 2%. During this period, it recorded huge volumes which were nearly 50% of the total daily volume. With this, the stock has closed at a day’s high and is expected to be trading on the upper side in times to come.

IFB Industries: The stock traded flat to positive for most of the time and gained momentum towards the end. It surged about 3.06% and recorded volume which is greater than 10-day and 30-day average volumes. Nearly 80% of the total volume was recorded in the last 75 minutes, which highlights increasing institutional participation. Thus, we expect the stock to be traded heavily in times to come.

MHRIL: The stock rose about 2.79% on Thursday’s trading session. It was trading flat for most of the time and jumped about 2% in the last one hour of the trade. With such a rise, the stock has recorded double the previous day’s volume. With rising volume and price surge the stock has attracted buyer’s interest. With huge volumes, the stock is expected to be the hot topic among traders for some more time.
