List of top 5 gainers and losers in the Midcap and Smallcap segment for the week from April 28 to May 04, 2023.

The frontline index S&P BSE Sensex gained 1.08% or 636.81 points during the week and closed at 61,749.25 on May 04, 2023.

The positive rally was broad-based during the week with S&P BSE Mid Cap gaining 1.92% at 25,982.05. The S&P BSE Small-Cap ended at 29,399.50, gaining 1.67%.

The Income Tax department conducted search operations at the office and factory premises of Gallantt Ispat as well as at the residences of promoters and officers of the company.
