The frontline index S&P BSE Sensex gained 1.59% or 990.55 points during the week and closed at 63,284.19 on December 01, 2022.

The positive rally was broad based during the week with S&P BSE Mid Cap closing up by 2.02% at 26,112.00. The S&P BSE Small Cap also ended at 29,704.91 gaining 1.72%.

The losers of smallcap space were led by Future Lifestyle Fashions Ltd. The shares of this company fell from Rs 5.65 to Rs 4.72 registering a loss of 16.46% in the stock price. On November 15 the company announced that the application filed by the Catalyst Trusteeship Limited against Future Lifestyle Fashions Ltd under section 7 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 got dismissed by the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT). Shares of Future Lifestyle Fashions Ltd are trading at its 52-week low of Rs 4.65.
