H1FY25 & Q2FY25 Result Announced for Easy Trip Planners Ltd.

Travel Support Services company Easy Trip Planners announced H1FY25 & Q2FY25 results Q2FY25 Financial Highlights: Gross Booking Revenue was Rs 20,756 million. Revenue from Operations stood at 1,447 million, up 2.1% Y-o-Y. GBR from hotel and packages reached 2,414 million, marking a 178.4% year-on-year growth. Hotel nights bookings were 2.2 lakh, growing 75.3% Y-o-Y. Bookings in the Train, Buses and Others segment rose by 3.3% to 2.8 lakh, contributing 2.0% to the GBR. EBITDA was Rs 423 million, a margin of 28.2%. PAT was at Rs 259 million, a margin of 17.3%. Dubai operations generated a GBR of Rs 1,725 million, reflecting a robust growth of 371.3% year-on-year. H1FY25 Financial Highlights: Gross Booking Revenue was Rs 43,501 million. Revenue from Operations stood at 2,973 Mn, up 11.9% Y-o-Y. GBR from hotel and packages reached 4,521 million, marking a 145.7% year-on-year growth. Hotel nights bookings were 4.0 lakh, an increase of 40.8% Y-o-Y. Bookings in the Train, Buses and Others segment rose by 18.5% to 5.9 lakh, contributing 1.9% to the GBR. EBITDA was Rs 929 million, a margin of 30.3%. PAT was at Rs 584 million, a margin of 19.1%. Company achieved strong cash flows from operations which stood at 58 Cr. Gross Booking Revenue reached Rs 20,756 million, with Revenue from Operations up 2.1% year-over-year to Rs 1,447 million. The non-air business segments have been key drivers of growth this quarter, demonstrating our successful diversification strategy. The Hotels segment recorded exceptional performance with a GBR of Rs 2,414 million, marking a remarkable 178.4% year-on-year growth. This was fueled by a strong 75% increase in hotel night bookings to 2.2 lakh, reflecting heightened demand and effective market penetration. In this quarter too, the company achieved strong cash flows from operations which stood at 58Cr. Meanwhile, our Trains, Buses & Others segment saw steady traction, with a GBR of Rs 407 million—a 19.4% year-over-year increase— indicating the growing appeal of our comprehensive travel offerings beyond air travel. Our Dubai operations have also contributed significantly, achieving a GBR of Rs 1,725 million, a robust 371.3% growth year-over-year. This substantial international growth underscores our strategic commitment to expanding our footprint in high-potential markets. Together, these achievements highlight EaseMyTrip’s focus on driving long-term, profitable growth by tapping into diversified and international segments to deliver enduring value to our stakeholders.

Travel Support Services company Easy Trip Planners announced Q1FY25 results: Q1FY25 Consolidated Revenue from Operations of Rs 1,526.0 million; up 23.0% YoY Q1FY25 EBITDA of Rs 505.9 million; up 34.9% YoY and margin of 32.4% Earnings per Share of Rs 0.19 Hotel nights bookings were 1.8 Lacs, an increase of 14.1% and contributing 9.3% to the GBR Bookings in the Train, Buses and Others segment rose by 36.9% to 3.1 Lacs, contributing 1.8% to the GBR Gross Booking Revenue was Rs 22,744.7 million PAT was at Rs 339.3 million, increased by 34.4% Announcing the results, Nishant Pitti, Co-founder and CEO of EaseMyTrip, commented: “EaseMyTrip sustained its bottom-line growth during the relevant period, continuing with steady operational momentum along with continued focus on profitability. During Q1 FY2025, the Gross Booking Revenue was Rs 22,745 million. Our Revenue from Operations grew by 23.0% YoY at Rs 1,526 million. EBITDA had a growth of 34.9%% as compared to Q1 in the previous financial year and was Rs 506 million. The PAT had a YoY increase of 24.8% and was at Rs 324.8 million. Gross Booking Revenue from Hotels and Holiday Packages increased by 116.6% year-over-year to Rs 210.7 crore. Subsequently, the company achieved a remarkable 139% year-on-year increase in revenue from its Dubai operations. Additionally, we have taken several key initiatives that highlight our ongoing efforts to enhance growth. We acquired a 4.94% stake in ETrav Tech Limited. This investment aims to diversify EaseMyTrip’s service portfolio and enhance its offerings for corporate clients. We were also the Official Travel and Experience Partner for the Rajasthan Royals for the 2024 season. This partnership allows us to leverage our expertise in travel bookings and hospitality services to ensure seamless travel for the team. As per the company’s expansion strategy, EaseMyTrip has opened its offline franchise store model and opened new stores in Karnal, Amritsar, and Bhopal. These additions bring the total number of franchise stores to 16, with a strategic goal of reaching 100 stores by the end of the year. EaseMyTrip’s collaboration with Adani Digital Labs (ADL) to offer exclusive duty-free shopping experience to ~2 million international passengers at seven major international airports in India through our platform was another major partnership we did this quarter. Lastly, we are honoured to have received the MICE Excellence Award at the Starz of India's Awards 2024. This recognition underscores our contributions in providing seamless business and exhibition travel solutions. Similarly, our FY24 Revenue from Operations grew by 32% at Rs 5,906 million. During FY2024, EBITDA was at Rs 2,282 million, had a YoY growth of 19% and our PBT grew by 16% YoY to Rs 2,151 million. The Gross Booking Revenue for Q4FY24 and FY24 stood at Rs 20,900 million and Rs 85,126 million, respectively. In Q4FY24, we acquired 50% stake in Jeewani Hospitality to develop a luxurious 150-room Radisson Blu hotel in Ayodhya, expanding our portfolio with high-quality hospitality offerings to 1.5 lacs daily visitors. We diversified our business and expanded our services to better serve our customers by launching a new subsidiary, EaseMyTrip Insurance Broker Private Limited, marking our entry into the Rs 7.9 Trillion insurance industry. This move allows us to address customer needs more comprehensively beyond travel.
