    • Prince Pipes And Fittings has an operating revenue of Rs. 2,680.31 Cr. on a trailing 12-month basis. An annual revenue growth of 2% is not great, Pre-tax margin of 6% is okay, ROE of 8% is fair but needs improvement. The company is debt free and has a strong balance sheet enabling it to report stable earnings growth across business cycles. The stock from a technical standpoint is trading close to its 50DMA and comfortably placed above its 200DMA, around 8% above 200DMA. It needs to take support around the 50 DMA level to continue further upside move. It has recently broken out of a base in its weekly chart and is trading around -6% from the pivot point (which is the ideal buying range for a stock). From an O'Neil Methodology perspective, the stock has an EPS Rank of 88 which is a GOOD score indicating consistency in earnings, a RS Rating of 42 which is POOR indicating the underperformance as compared to other stocks, Buyer Demand at B- which is evident from recent demand for the stock, Group Rank of 91 indicates it belongs to a poor industry group of Bldg-Constr Prds/Misc and a Master Score of B is close to being the best. Institutional holding has gone up in the last reported quarter is a positive sign. Overall, the stock is lagging behind in some of the technical parameters, but great earnings make it a stock to examine in more detail.
