  • What are the payment options available for Subscription plan?

    Currently, we have only Credit Card option for Subscription plan.

  • Can I pay for subscription through cash or ledger?

    Currently, we do not accept cash or ledger balance for subscription plan.

  • Are there any additional fees associated with the subscription charges?

    The subscription fees do not include the GST tax. All paid plans will be charged 18% GST over and above the Subscription fees.

  • How do I see my billing history or invoices?

    For every successful payment, you would receive the invoice in your registered Email Address.

  • How do I update my payment information?

    If you wish to change the credit card/ Debit card mapped to the subscription plan, please contact our support team and we’ll work with you to update the details.

  • Can I get a refund on my subscription payment?

    Subscriptions for 5paisa paid plans are non-refundable. However If you think there’s been an issue with your billing, please contact our support team and we’ll work with you to fix it.

  • What if my renewal payment fails?

    If your payment for a paid Subscription plan gets declined, your account will be immediately downgraded to the basic account. To resolve the issue, you would need to change the credit card/ Debit card details mapped to the subscription plan. Please contact our support team and we’ll work with you to update the details.

  • Can I subscribe without an active 5paisa account?

    You would need an active Equity account in order to subscribe to any of our subscription plans. Derivative segment is not mandatory for Subscription.

  • If it's a free trial, why do I have to enter payment details?

    5paisa asks the members to enter and verify the credit/debit card details to ensure you don't have any interruption in access even after the free trial ends. We do this by sending an authorization request to your bank to verify that your payment method is valid. These requests are not charges.

  • What happens after the free trial?

    If you enjoyed your free trial, you will be automatically charged for the subscription depending on the selected billing plan and you can continue to access the features and benefits even after your trial ends. If you cancel your trial before it ends, you will not be charged any money and you will no longer have access to the Platinum plan offerings.

  • Why do I see a charge when I signed up for a free trial?

    5paisa verifies your payment details when you add them to your account. This process helps us ensure that the information provided is associated with a valid card that can be charged successfully in the future. We validate the information by submitting an authorization for roughly the same amount as the cost of the subscription. These requests are not charges,
