Low Price Shares locked in Upper Circuit on 03-Feb-2023

Domestic benchmark indices were trading higher, while the outperforming sector was BSE Consumer Durables Index.

On Friday, the benchmark indices were trading higher with Sensex up around 293 points or 0.49% at 60,225.29, and the Nifty trading up by 53 points or 0.32% at 17,662.75. About 936 shares have advanced, 2,419 declined, and 124 are unchanged on the BSE.

Top gainers and losers On BSE Sensex Index are as follows:
The top Sensex gainers were Titan India, Bajaj Finserv and Bajaj Finance whereas the top Sensex losers were Tata Steel, ITC Ltd and Tech Mahindra.

On a sectoral basis, the BSE Consumer Durables Index was the top gainer, while the BSE Utilities Index was the top loser. The BSE Consumer Durables Index rose 1.02%, led by Titan India and Blue Star Ltd while the BSE Utilities Index fell 3.31%, dragged by Adani Green Energy Ltd and Adani Transmission Ltd.
