Additionally, it invests in fit-outs for customizing and upgrading the properties to align with business models, including furnishings, workstations, open workspaces, private offices, meeting rooms, conference facilities, and other amenities.
Kontor Space operates co-working spaces across 4 locations in Thane West, Pune, Fort and BKC Mumbai, Maharashtra. The company has a diverse clientele, both domestic and international. Kontor Space's total seating capacity is approximately 730 seats in Thane, 300 seats in Pune, 60 seats in Fort, and 120 seats in BKC.
