Financial Institutions company Housing and Urban Development Corporation announced Q4FY26 & FY26 results Consolidated Financial Highlights: Total Income from Operations (Net): Consolidated total income for Q4FY26 was Rs 3,562.86 crore, reflecting an increase of 3.84% QoQ from Rs 3,431.20 crore in Q3FY26 and an increase of 25.23% YoY from Rs 2,844.99 crore in Q4FY25. For the full year FY26, the consolidated income reached Rs 13,150.40 crore compared to Rs 10,311.29 crore in FY25. Net Profit for the Period: Consolidated net profit for Q4FY26 was Rs 1,981.31 crore, up 177.88% QoQ from Rs 713.00 crore in Q3FY26 and up 172.26% YoY from Rs 727.74 crore in Q4FY25. For the full year FY26, consolidated net profit stood at Rs 4,034.37 crore, marking a 48.92% growth over Rs 2,709.14 crore reported in FY25. Earnings Per Share (EPS): Consolidated basic and diluted EPS for the full year FY26 was Rs 20.15, compared to Rs 13.53 in FY25. For the Q4FY26 period, the EPS was Rs 9.90. Resource Raising: HUDCO raised Rs 1,422 crore through the private placement of Perpetual Tier I Debt Securities during Q4FY26.
