Inox India Ltd on Tuesday posted a 15 per cent rise in consolidated net profit to Rs 75.23 crore in the March quarter of FY26, supported by higher income. It had reported a net profit of Rs 65.51 crore in the same quarter a year ago, the company said in an exchange filing. During the latest January-March period, the company's total income rose to Rs 475.24 crore from Rs 382.53 crore recorded in the fourth quarter of the preceding 2024-25 financial year. INOX India Ltd is engaged in the manufacturing of cryogenic storage, re-gas and distribution systems for LNG, industrial gases and cryo-scientific applications.

Industrial Products company Inox India announced Q4FY26 & FY26 results Consolidated Financial Highlights: Revenue from Operations: For Q4FY26, the company reported revenue from operations of Rs 46,065.35 lakh, representing a growth of 7.49% QoQ from Rs 42,856.12 lakh in Q3FY26 and a growth of 24.70% YoY from Rs 36,939.78 lakh in Q4FY25. For FY26, revenue stood at Rs 1,58,706.29 lakh, an increase of 21.52% YoY compared to Rs 1,30,599.76 lakh in FY25. Total Income: Total income for Q4FY26 was Rs 47,524.21 lakh, increasing 9.09% QoQ from Rs 43,564.46 lakh and 24.23% YoY from Rs 38,253.46 lakh. The annual total income for FY26 reached Rs 1,63,225.21 lakh, up 21.21% YoY from Rs 1,34,666.45 lakh. Net Profit: The company earned a net profit of Rs 7,523.71 lakh in Q4FY26, a growth of 23.96% QoQ compared to Rs 6,069.55 lakh and 14.84% YoY compared to Rs 6,551.32 lakh. For FY26, net profit was Rs 25,788.84 lakh, showing an increase of 14.10% over Rs 22,602.86 lakh in FY25. Adjusted EBITDA: Adjusted EBITDA for Q4FY26 rose 13.4% YoY to Rs 108 crore. For FY26, it grew by 20.2% YoY to Rs 388 crore. Earnings Per Share (EPS): Basic EPS for Q4FY26 was Rs 8.29, compared to Rs 6.69 in Q3FY26 and Rs 7.22 in Q4FY25. The annual EPS for FY26 stood at Rs 28.41 compared to Rs 24.90 in FY25. Standalone Financial Highlights: Revenue from Operations: Standalone revenue for Q4FY26 was Rs 45,546.30 lakh, up 8.74% QoQ from Rs 41,885.54 lakh and 23.38% YoY from Rs 36,914.35 lakh. For FY26, it reached Rs 1,55,727.25 lakh, a growth of 20.13% over Rs 1,29,629.96 lakh in FY25. Total Income: For Q4FY26, total income stood at Rs 46,887.15 lakh, an increase of 9.78% QoQ from Rs 42,711.69 lakh and 22.97% YoY from Rs 38,127.80 lakh. Annual total income for FY26 was Rs 1,60,171.74 lakh compared to Rs 1,33,538.09 lakh in FY25. Net Profit: Standalone net profit for Q4FY26 was Rs 7,428.44 lakh, reflecting an increase of 25.69% QoQ from Rs 5,910.00 lakh and 14.05% YoY from Rs 6,513.22 lakh. The annual profit for FY26 was Rs 25,239.22 lakh, up 12.13% YoY from Rs 22,508.09 lakh. Business Highlights: Operational Milestones: The company reported its highest-ever quarterly and annual revenue in Q4FY26 and FY26, respectively. Order Backlog: Order inflows for the quarter totaled Rs 504 crore, bringing the total order backlog to Rs 1,514 crore as of March 31, 2026. Exports: Export revenue in Q4FY26 reached Rs 291 crore, contributing 61% to total revenues. For FY26, export revenue was Rs 971 crore, making up 59% of total revenues. Expansion: The company has acquired land at Kandla for developing its 5th manufacturing facility, complementing existing locations in Kalol, Savli, and Silvassa. Dividend: The Board recommended a Final Dividend of Rs 2 per equity share (100%) for FY26. Segment-wise Performance: Industrial Gases Division: This segment contributed 50% to the overall revenue during Q4FY26. Performance was driven by healthy export demand and growth in transport tanks, liquid cylinders, and Cryoseal products. A significant aerospace-related order was secured from a leading USD-based private space company. LNG Division: Contributed 32% to overall revenue during Q4FY26 and witnessed its highest-ever revenue in FY26. Major orders included a landmark LNG marine fuel tank order from Cochin Shipyard and an LCNG station order from Gujarat Gas. Cryo-Scientific Division (CSD): Contributed 12% to overall revenue in Q4FY26. The division received a repeat order from ITER, France, and completed manufacturing a complex Liquid Oxygen tank for submarine-related applications. Beverage Keg Division: Contributed 6% to total revenue in the quarter.
