Realty company Puravankara announced Q4FY26 & FY26 results Consolidated Financial Highlights Revenue from Operations: Consolidated revenue for Q4FY26 was Rs 1,501.92 crore, up 40.46% QoQ from Rs 1,069.31 crore in Q3FY26 and up 177.33% YoY from Rs 541.57 crore in Q4FY25. For the full year FY26, consolidated revenue stood at Rs 3,739.83 crore compared to Rs 2,013.61 crore in FY25. Total Income: Total consolidated income for Q4FY26 reached Rs 1,540.99 crore, an increase of 39.57% QoQ from Rs 1,104.06 crore in Q3FY26 and an increase of 173.37% YoY from Rs 563.70 crore in Q4FY25. For the full year FY26, it stood at Rs 3,846.42 crore. Net Profit/Loss: The consolidated net profit for Q4FY26 was Rs 109.95 crore, up 88.46% QoQ from Rs 58.34 crore in Q3FY26. This compares favorably to a net loss of Rs 88.00 crore in Q4FY25. For the full year FY26, net profit was Rs 56.75 crore against a loss of Rs 182.92 crore in FY25. Earnings Per Share (EPS): Basic consolidated EPS for Q4FY26 stood at Rs 4.77, compared to Rs 2.53 in Q3FY26 and a negative Rs 3.62 in Q4FY25. Standalone Financial Highlights Revenue from Operations: For Q4FY26, the revenue from operations stood at Rs 1,118.73 crore, representing a significant QoQ increase of 54.67% from Rs 723.32 crore in Q3FY26 and a YoY increase of 620.78% from Rs 155.21 crore in Q4FY25. For the full year FY26, revenue reached Rs 2,302.61 crore compared to Rs 917.50 crore in FY25. Total Income: The total income for Q4FY26 was Rs 1,151.25 crore, up by 51.45% QoQ from Rs 760.15 crore in Q3FY26 and up by 567.82% YoY from Rs 172.39 crore in Q4FY25. For the full year FY26, total income stood at Rs 2,399.01 crore. Net Profit/Loss: The company reported a net profit of Rs 110.92 crore in Q4FY26, showing a QoQ growth of 73.88% compared to a profit of Rs 63.79 crore in Q3FY26. This is a significant improvement over the net loss of Rs 75.89 crore reported in Q4FY25. For the full year FY26, the net profit was Rs 70.35 crore against a loss of Rs 198.75 crore in FY25. Earnings Per Share (EPS): Basic EPS for Q4FY26 was Rs 4.68, compared to Rs 2.69 in Q3FY26 and a negative Rs 3.20 in Q4FY25. Business Highlights Segment Performance: The company operates in a single reportable segment, which is real estate development and related activities. Labour Code Impact: Following the implementation of new Labour Codes, the company recorded an additional obligation of Rs 1.35 crore (standalone) and Rs 2.10 crore (consolidated) as employee benefits expense for the year ended March 31, 2026. Key Appointments: Mr Amit Narain Ahuja was appointed as the Chief Risk Officer and Senior Managerial Personnel (SMP) of the company with effect from May 04, 2026. Subsidiary Debt Issuance: During the year ended March 31, 2026, three wholly-owned subsidiaries (Purva Oak Private Limited, Varishtha Property Developers Private Limited, and Grand Hills Developments Private Limited) issued debentures aggregating to Rs 1,017 crore by way of private placement. Joint Venture Acquisition: During FY25, the company acquired an additional 36.26% stake in Pune Projects LLP (PPL), making it a subsidiary. The remeasurement of the previously held equity interest resulted in a gain of Rs 34.08 crore disclosed under exceptional items. Ashish Puravankara, Managing Director, Puravankara, said, “Q4FY26 was a staggering quarter for Puravankara as we recorded our highest-ever sales; a 37% increase in average realisation and PAT of Rs 111 crore. The company also strengthened its expansion in Mumbai through redevelopment projects in Malabar Hill and Chembur. With a potential projected surplus of Rs 19,290 crore over the next 3-5 years and a 21.02 msft launch pipeline over 12-15 months, the foundation for sustained growth is in place. Sales guidance for FY 2026–27 is projected at Rs 11,200 crore across the Southern and Western regions. Our focus now is on accelerating execution, improving collections, and converting today’s sales into tomorrow’s reported profitability.” Result PDF

Puravankara Q4FY26 result: Net profit at 110 crore, revenue doubles

Realty firm Puravankara Ltd has reported a consolidated net profit of Rs 109.95 crore in the March quarter on better income. The company had posted a net loss of Rs 88 crore in the year-ago period. Total income more than doubled to Rs 1,540.99 crore during the January-March period of 2025-26 from Rs 563.70 crore in the corresponding period of the preceding year, according to a regulatory filing on Monday. During the 2025-26, Puravankara Ltd net profit stood at Rs 56.75 crore as against a net loss of 182.92 crore in the preceding year. Total income increased to Rs 3,846.42 crore last fiscal from Rs 2,093.13 crore in the preceding year. As of March 31, Puravankara has completed 95 projects totalling 57 million sq ft across nine cities: Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Coimbatore, Mangaluru, Kochi, Mumbai, Pune, and Goa. The company's total land bank is 40 million sq ft and ongoing projects add up to 36.69 million sq ft.
