Heavy Electrical Equipment company Uniparts India announced Q4FY26 & FY26 results Consolidated Financial Highlights: Revenue from Operations: The consolidated revenue for Q4FY26 stood at Rs 3,389.25 million, representing a YoY growth of 34.07% compared to Rs 2,527.98 million in Q4FY25 and a QoQ growth of 20.61% from Rs 2,810.03 million in Q3FY26. For FY26, revenue reached Rs 11,704.03 million, an increase of 21.45% over Rs 9,636.97 million in FY25. Total Income: Total income for Q4FY26 was Rs 3,394.34 million, up by 30.97% YoY from Rs 2,591.71 million and up by 18.40% QoQ from Rs 2,866.96 million in Q3FY26. The annual total income for FY26 was Rs 11,880.08 million, compared to Rs 9,849.14 million in FY25. Profit Before Tax (Continuing and Discontinuing Operations): The group reported a PBT of Rs 662.56 million in Q4FY26, a significant increase of 130.31% YoY from Rs 287.68 million and a growth of 39.12% QoQ compared to Rs 476.42 million in Q3FY26. For FY26, PBT stood at Rs 2,090.60 million vs Rs 1,142.74 million in FY25. Net Profit for the Period: Consolidated net profit for Q4FY26 was Rs 511.45 million, reflecting a growth of 124.05% YoY from Rs 228.28 million and a QoQ growth of 53.49% from Rs 333.22 million. The annual net profit for FY26 stood at Rs 1,583.16 million, showing a YoY growth of 79.90% from Rs 880.04 million. Total Comprehensive Income: For Q4FY26, total comprehensive income was Rs 502.51 million compared to Rs 210.70 million in Q4FY25. For FY26, it reached Rs 1,515.62 million against Rs 828.39 million in FY25. Earnings Per Share (EPS): The basic EPS from continuing operations for FY26 increased to Rs 18.18 from Rs 14.70 in FY25. Net Profit for the Period: Standalone net profit for Q4FY26 reached Rs 413.29 million, an increase of 75.23% YoY from Rs 235.86 million, though it saw a QoQ decline of 11.93% from Rs 469.27 million in Q3FY26. The annual standalone net profit for FY26 was Rs 1,502.26 million, a growth of 81.16% from Rs 829.25 million in FY25. Basic Earnings Per Share (EPS): The standalone basic EPS for FY26 stood at Rs 33.28, compared to Rs 18.37 in the previous year. Business Highlights: Segment Performance: The Company operates primarily in the business of manufacturing Linkage Parts and Components for Off-Highway Vehicles. The Chief Operating Decision Maker (CODM) has determined that there are no reportable segments for the Company. Discontinued Operations: The Company has discontinued its Power Trading, Refrigerant Gases, and Green Mobility segments. Consequently, the results of these divisions have been classified and disclosed separately as "Discontinued Operations." Exceptional Item (New Labour Codes): Following the notification of the New Labour Codes effective November 21, 2025, the Group reassessed its employee benefit obligations. This resulted in a non-recurring incremental liability of 34.19 million (Consolidated) and 28.05 million (Standalone), recognized as an "Exceptional Item."
