Wires & Cables company Universal Cables announced Q4FY26 & FY26 results Consolidated Financial Highlights: Revenue from Operations: For Q4FY26, the revenue stood at Rs 840.27 crore, reflecting a YoY growth of 24.66% from Rs 674.03 crore in Q4FY25, and a QoQ increase of 9.42% compared to Rs 767.92 crore in Q3FY26. Annual revenue for FY26 reached Rs 3,022.67 crore, an increase of 25.50% YoY from Rs 2,408.39 crore in FY25. Total Income: Total income for Q4FY26 was Rs 849.92 crore, registering a YoY increase of 25.37% from Rs 677.94 crore in Q4FY25, and a QoQ growth of 9.78% from Rs 774.22 crore in Q3FY26. For the full year FY26, total income stood at Rs 3,050.99 crore, growing 25.49% YoY compared to Rs 2,431.20 crore in FY25. Profit Before Tax (PBT): For Q4FY26, PBT grew by 17.94% YoY to Rs 76.60 crore from Rs 64.95 crore in Q4FY25, and surged 128.25% QoQ from Rs 33.56 crore in Q3FY26. For FY26, PBT increased by 85.08% YoY to Rs 217.40 crore against Rs 117.46 crore in FY25. Profit After Tax (PAT): In Q4FY26, net profit grew by 11.33% YoY to Rs 55.32 crore compared to Rs 49.69 crore in Q4FY25, and witnessed a significant QoQ jump of 103.46% from Rs 27.19 crore in Q3FY26. Annual PAT for FY26 stood at Rs 163.11 crore, reflecting an 82.47% YoY growth from Rs 89.39 crore in FY25. Business Highlights: Dividend: The Board of Directors recommended a dividend of Rs 4.50 per share (45%) on fully paid-up equity shares of face value Rs 10/- each for the financial year 2025-26. Fund Raising: The Board approved the raising of funds by way of issuance of Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) or other debt securities on a private placement basis aggregating up to Rs 200 crore. Capacity Expansion: Out of the four Continuous Catenary Vulcanization (CCV) lines planned for the ongoing capacity expansion project (total outlay of approx. Rs 550 crore), two lines were commissioned at the end of Q2FY26. The remaining two lines are expected to be commissioned by the end of August 2026 and September 2026.
