About the Company

Established in 2019, Srivari Spices and Foods Limited operates in the manufacturing and distribution of spices and flour (chakki atta). The company’s distribution network is extensive, reaching out to more than 3000 retail outlets for spices and over 15000 outlets for their whole wheat and sharbati atta in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.

Objective

The company intends to utilize the net proceeds from the issue towards the funding of the following objects: 1. Funding working capital needs 2. Meet General corporate expenses
