Accordingly, all Designated persons of the Company and their immediate relatives are advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window. The date of Board Meeting to approve the unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 will be intimated in due course.
