The transaction was completed on June 30, 2026, for a consideration of Rs 2,301.6 million.</li><li _ngcontent-ng-c3377174747=""><strong _ngcontent-ng-c3377174747="">Demerger of Agricultural Solutions Business:</strong> The Board has approved a Scheme of Arrangement for the demerger of the Company's Agricultural Solutions Business into BASF Agricultural Solutions India Limited.
