On a QoQ basis, revenue increased by 38.21% from Rs 341.61 crore in Q4FY26.</li><li _ngcontent-ng-c1517154722=""><strong _ngcontent-ng-c1517154722="">Total Income:</strong> Total income for Q1FY27 stood at Rs 481.91 crore, an increase of 50.41% YoY from Rs 320.40 crore in Q1FY26 and a 36.97% rise QoQ from Rs 351.84 crore in Q4FY26.</li><li _ngcontent-ng-c1517154722=""><strong _ngcontent-ng-c1517154722="">Profit Before Tax (PBT):</strong> PBT for the quarter was Rs 90.22 crore, up 43.66% YoY from Rs 62.80 crore in Q1FY26 and up 24.83% QoQ from Rs 72.27 crore in Q4FY26.</li><li _ngcontent-ng-c1517154722=""><strong _ngcontent-ng-c1517154722="">Profit After Tax (PAT):</strong> The company achieved a PAT of Rs 65.14 crore in Q1FY27, marking a growth of 39.40% YoY compared to Rs 46.73 crore in Q1FY26. Targeted commissioning is set for September 2026, with optimal utilization expected by FY28.</li><li _ngcontent-ng-c1517154722=""><strong _ngcontent-ng-c1517154722="">Capital Expenditure:</strong> The total capex outlay for the expansion project is Rs 200 crore, which is being funded entirely through internal accruals.</li><li _ngcontent-ng-c1517154722=""><strong _ngcontent-ng-c1517154722="">Operational Status:</strong> The company continues to maintain its debt-free status.</li><li _ngcontent-ng-c1517154722=""><strong _ngcontent-ng-c1517154722="">Dividends:</strong> The Board of Directors declared a first interim dividend of Re 1/- (100%) per equity share of face value Re 1/- each for the financial year 2026-27.</li><li _ngcontent-ng-c1517154722=""><strong _ngcontent-ng-c1517154722="">Operational Performance:</strong> Revenue growth for the quarter was driven by higher realizations, while operating leverage and improved cost efficiencies contributed to an expansion in profitability.</li><li _ngcontent-ng-c1517154722=""><strong _ngcontent-ng-c1517154722="">Market Position:</strong> The ongoing expansion positions the company to capture a larger share of India's ABS demand, approximately 30-40% of which is currently met through imports.</li></ul><p _ngcontent-ng-c1517154722=""><strong>Jayesh B. Even after the dividend payout, the company continues to maintain a strong cash position, providing adequate financial flexibility to fund the planned Rs 200 crore capital expenditure, support the incremental working capital requirements arising from the expanded capacity, and maintain a prudent liquidity buffer to navigate potential macroeconomic and geopolitical uncertainties.</p><p _ngcontent-ng-c1517154722="">The Company remains committed to delivering consistent value to its shareholders through a disciplined capital allocation approach.
