Deco Mica Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 17/08/2026 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the Notice for convening the 38th Annual General Meeting of the Company. 2. To consider and approve the Director''s Report with Annexures, corporate Governance Report, Management Discussion and Analysis Report. 3. To appoint scrutinizer for the purpose of Annual General Meeting of the Company. 4. To approve the Related Party Transactions by the company under section 188 of Companies Act, 2013 and SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) regulation 2015, subject to the approval of the shareholder at the ensuing AGM. 5. To fixed dates for Book Closure, Cut-Off date for the purpose of E-voting and E-Voting period. 6. Any other matter with the permission of the Chair.
