Diversified company Godrej Industries announced Q4FY26 & FY26 results Consolidated Financial Highlights: Total Income: For Q4FY26, the Total Income stood at Rs 8,274.35 crore, registering a strong growth of 29.30% YoY compared to Rs 6,399.58 crore in Q4FY25, and an increase of 45.22% QoQ from Rs 5,697.59 crore in Q3FY26. For the full year FY26, Total Income increased by 18.50% YoY to Rs 25,980.60 crore from Rs 21,924.09 crore in FY25. PBDIT: For Q4FY26, PBDIT was Rs 1,950 crore, reflecting a 51% YoY increase from Rs 1,288 crore in Q4FY25. For FY26, PBDIT stood at Rs 6,365 crore, up 34% YoY from Rs 4,740 crore in FY25. PBIT: Stood at Rs 1,809 crore in Q4FY26, marking a 54% YoY growth compared to Rs 1,178 crore in Q4FY25. For FY26, PBIT grew by 36% YoY to Rs 5,864 crore from Rs 4,310 crore in FY25. Net Profit (Attributable to Owners): PAT for Q4FY26 increased significantly by 142.67% YoY to Rs 444.28 crore against Rs 183.08 crore in Q4FY25, and saw a QoQ growth of 117.20% from Rs 204.55 crore in Q3FY26. For FY26, PAT grew by 26.41% YoY to Rs 1,240.53 crore compared to Rs 981.38 crore in FY25. Standalone Financial Highlights: Total Income: Recorded at Rs 1,365.90 crore in Q4FY26, showing a growth of 22.82% YoY against Rs 1,112.09 crore in Q4FY25, and a 4.89% QoQ increase from Rs 1,302.19 crore in Q3FY26. FY26 Total Income stood at Rs 5,088.83 crore, up 18.58% YoY from Rs 4,291.46 crore in FY25. Net Profit / (Loss) After Tax: The company turned profitable in Q4FY26, reporting a PAT of Rs 13.04 crore against a loss of Rs 68.32 crore in Q4FY25, and a loss of Rs 21.05 crore in Q3FY26. However, for FY26, PAT stood at Rs 61.02 crore, down 67.83% YoY from Rs 189.67 crore in FY25. Business Highlights & Segment-wise Performance: Consumer (Godrej Consumer Products Limited - GCPL): Q4FY26 consolidated sales grew by 11% YoY driven by underlying volume growth of 6%. Consolidated net profit grew by 10% YoY. The Home Care segment grew by 12% and the Personal Care segment grew by 3%. Chemicals: The segment reported revenue of Rs 1,102 crore in Q4FY26, an increase of 16% YoY from Rs 951 crore in Q4FY25. For FY26, revenue increased by 22% to Rs 4,135 crore. Sales volume grew by 9% in FY26. Exports account for ~28% of revenue, with Q4FY26 exports increasing by 10% and FY26 exports growing by 19%. Real Estate (Godrej Properties Limited - GPL): Q4FY26 Total Income stood at Rs 3,895 crore, with a Net Profit after tax of Rs 650 crore. Booking value grew 16% YoY with a 3-year CAGR of 41% to Rs 34,171 crore in FY26. Q4FY26 booking value was the highest ever at Rs 10,163 crore (a 21% QoQ growth). The segment added 18 new projects in FY26 with an estimated saleable area of 33.32 million sq. ft. and delivered 12.1 million sq. ft. of projects. Agri Business (Godrej Agrovet Limited - GAVL): Q4FY26 Total Income stood at Rs 2,400 crore, with a Net Profit after tax of Rs 105 crore. The Animal Nutrition division saw ~15% YoY volume growth, with cattle feed volumes rising sharply by 24% YoY. The Crop Care Business reported segment income of Rs 313 crore in Q4FY26 compared to Rs 271 crore YoY. Dairy revenues grew by ~5% for both the quarter and the year. Fund Raising: The Board approved raising funds by issuing unsecured Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) / Bonds / Other Instruments aggregating up to Rs 1,500 crore. Strategic Investments: Approved further investment of up to Rs 1,000 crore in Godrej Investment Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary company. Key Appointments: The Board approved the re-appointment of Mr. Vishal Sharma as "Whole Time Director" designated as Executive Director & Chief Executive Officer (Chemicals) for a period from April 1, 2027, to March 31, 2030, subject to shareholder approval.
