Realty company Hubtown announced Q4FY26 & FY26 results Consolidated Financial Highlights: Total Income: The consolidated total income for Q4FY26 stood at Rs 20,281 lakh, representing a growth of 53.91% QoQ compared to Rs 13,177 lakh in Q3FY26 and an increase of 44.08% YoY compared to Rs 14,076 lakh in Q4FY25. For the full year FY26, total income was Rs 83,291 lakh, a growth of 58.24% over Rs 52,635 lakh in FY25. Revenue from Operations: Revenue for Q4FY26 was Rs 16,000 lakh, up 82.67% QoQ from Rs 8,759 lakh in Q3FY26 and up 65.37% YoY from Rs 9,675 lakh in Q4FY25. For the full year FY26, revenue stood at Rs 64,351 lakh, registering a 57.54% YoY increase from Rs 40,847 lakh in FY25. Profit Before Tax: The company reported a consolidated profit before tax of Rs 3,558 lakh in Q4FY26, showing a growth of 60.92% QoQ from Rs 2,211 lakh in Q3FY26 and an increase of 7.85% YoY from Rs 3,299 lakh in Q4FY25. For the full year FY26, profit before tax was Rs 18,835 lakh, up 95.14% compared to Rs 9,652 lakh in FY25. Net Profit for the Period: Net profit for Q4FY26 stood at Rs 3,004 lakh, increasing by 23.47% QoQ from Rs 2,433 lakh in Q3FY26 and rising by 618.66% YoY from Rs 418 lakh in Q4FY25. For the full year FY26, the company reported a net profit of Rs 16,808 lakh, showing a significant growth of 204.60% YoY from Rs 5,518 lakh in FY25. Earnings Per Share (EPS): Basic EPS for FY26 increased to Rs 10.62 from Rs 4.39 in FY25. Standalone Financial Highlights: Total Income: Standalone total income for Q4FY26 was Rs 10,172 lakh, up 47.57% QoQ from Rs 6,893 lakh in Q3FY26 and up 1.72% YoY from Rs 10,000 lakh in Q4FY25. For the full year FY26, total income stood at Rs 51,017 lakh, a growth of 31.76% over Rs 38,719 lakh in FY25. Revenue from Operations: Standalone revenue for Q4FY26 reached Rs 7,031 lakh, reflecting a growth of 154.75% QoQ from Rs 2,760 lakh in Q3FY26 and a growth of 21.31% YoY from Rs 5,796 lakh in Q4FY25. For the full year FY26, standalone revenue was Rs 35,218 lakh, showing a 29.10% YoY increase from Rs 27,279 lakh in FY25. Net Profit for the Period: Net profit for Q4FY26 was Rs 1,638 lakh, representing a decline of 28.78% QoQ from Rs 2,300 lakh in Q3FY26 and a decline of 45.20% YoY from Rs 2,989 lakh in Q4FY25. However, for the full year FY26, standalone net profit was Rs 10,922 lakh, an increase of 43.13% over Rs 7,631 lakh in FY25. Business Highlights: Segment-wise Performance: The Group's business activity falls within a single primary business segment, "Real Estate Development." Consequently, segment-wise disclosure is not applicable. Subsidiary Acquisitions: During the year, the company increased its stake in several entities, making them subsidiaries with effect from February 3, 2026. These include Hubtown Bus Terminal (Ahmedabad) Private Limited, Hubtown Bus Terminal (Vadodara) Private Limited, Hubtown Bus Terminal (Mehsana) Private Limited, and Hubtown Bus Terminal (Adajan) Private Limited. New Subsidiaries Incorporation: The company incorporated two new wholly owned subsidiaries: Hubtowncentral Private Limited (March 29, 2026) and 25 Chalets Private Limited (March 30, 2026) for the purpose of undertaking new real estate projects. Equity Allotment: Hubtown Limited allotted 62,50,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each at a premium of Rs 210 per share to persons forming part of the Promoter group upon conversion of an equal number of share warrants. Contingent Liabilities: The company has issued corporate guarantees to lenders and financial institutions on behalf of subsidiary companies totaling Rs 81,240 lakh as of March 31, 2026. Vyomesh Shah, MD & Co-Founder of Hubtown, said, “During FY26, demand experienced some moderation amid broader macroeconomic headwinds, however, we continued to build steady momentum across our premium and luxury residential portfolio in the MMR region. The Company delivered proforma pre-sales of Rs 4,382 crore and proforma collections of Rs 1,910 crore for the year. Proforma unrecognized revenue stood at Rs 11,365 crore, providing strong visibility on near-term cash flows. During the year, we made meaningful progress on our strategic consolidation initiatives, including receiving NCLT approval for the amalgamation of 25 West Realty Private Limited (which is developing the 25 West project in Bandra West Mumbai) and Saicharan Consultancy Private Limited (holding a stake in Rare Townships Private Limited, which is developing the Rising City Project in Ghatkopar, Mumbai). We are awaiting approvals for the merger of other entities which are developing the 25 South project and holding a stake in the 25 Downtown project. This integration is expected to enhance scale, improve operating efficiencies, and unlock value across a development portfolio of landmark developments in Mumbai. In parallel, we continue to strengthen our portfolio through a calibrated approach across residential and commercial segments, supported by a robust pipeline of upcoming launches. Looking ahead, our monetizing our existing land bank and development pipeline anchored by launch of subsequent phases in projects such as 25 West, and 25 Downtown, along with our premium offerings across Mumbai and Thane, we are well-positioned to capitalize on the evolving demand landscape for high-quality residential developments. We are targeting pre-sales including merger entities of Rs 6,000 crore and cash collection of Rs 3,000 crore in FY27 and remain focused on disciplined execution, capital efficiency, and sustainable long-term value creation.” Result PDF
