Corporate Developments: On January 31, 2026, the Board approved an infusion of Rs 813.78 million into its wholly-owned subsidiary, International Gemmological Institute BV (IGI Belgium), which was subsequently invested in IGI USA to acquire a 100% equity stake in AGL Holdco Inc., USA for USD 13.2 million.
