Business & Segment Highlights: Segment Performance: The Group is engaged in the business of manufacturing and selling solar panels, sale of electricity, and related project activities, which constitutes a single segment as per Ind AS 108 - 'Operating Segments'. Thus, the overall financial results represent the performance of this single segment. Equity Allotment via ESOP: The Board approved the allotment of 54,750 fully paid-up equity shares of face value of Re 1 each, arising out of the exercise of vested options under the Insolation Energy Employee Stock Option Plan 2024 ("ESOP 2024"). Furthermore, during the financial year 2025-26 (on November 14, 2025), the Company had also allotted 51,625 equity shares of face value Rs 1 each at an exercise price of Rs 3.8 per share under ESOP 2024 ESOP Amendment: The Board approved an amendment to the Insolation Energy Employee Stock Option Plan 2024 Preferential Issue Utilization: During the previous year, the Company completed a preferential issue of 12,02,300 equity shares of Rs 10 each at an issue price of Rs 3,287 per share, aggregating to Rs 39,519.90 lakh.
