Further, in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with the Company's Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives, the trading window of the Company has already been closed with effect from Wednesday, July 1, 2026 and shall reopen after 48 hours from the declaration of the aforesaid financial results.
