It currently operates 153 CNG stations.</li><li _ngcontent-ng-c2478508423=""><strong _ngcontent-ng-c2478508423="">Infrastructure & Expansion:</strong> The company commissioned 3 new CNG stations during the quarter. Furthermore, the Board approved an extension of the timeline for utilizing remaining IPO proceeds of Rs 1,587.17 million up to March 31, 2028, for developing the CGD network in Tamil Nadu.</li><li _ngcontent-ng-c2478508423=""><strong _ngcontent-ng-c2478508423="">Strategic Partnerships:</strong> Signed an MoU with Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation (TNSTC), Kumbakonam Region - Trichy, to develop a captive CNG station for their fleet of approximately 50 buses.</li><li _ngcontent-ng-c2478508423=""><strong _ngcontent-ng-c2478508423="">Sustainability Initiatives:</strong> Executed Tripartite Agreements (TPAs) under the CBG-CGD Synchronization Scheme and sourced 6,294 SCMD of Compressed Bio-Gas (CBG) during Q1FY27.</li><li _ngcontent-ng-c2478508423=""><strong _ngcontent-ng-c2478508423="">Dividend:</strong> The Board fixed September 11, 2026, as the record date for an interim dividend of Rs 1.50 (15%) per equity share for the financial year ended March 31, 2026 (FY26), subject to shareholder approval.</li><li _ngcontent-ng-c2478508423=""><strong _ngcontent-ng-c2478508423="">Auditor Appointment:</strong> Recommended the appointment of M/s. Sorab S. Engineer & Co as Statutory Auditors for a five-year term starting from the conclusion of the 11th Annual General Meeting.</li></ul><p><strong>Manoj Kumar Sharma, Chief Executive Officer, said:</strong> "IRM Energy reported a healthy performance in Q1FY27, supported by growth in volumes, expansion of our customer base, and disciplined operational execution. During the quarter, we achieved higher CNG sales volumes and continued to add PNG customers across our geographical areas, reflecting the increasing adoption of cleaner fuel solutions. Despite Unprecedented fluctuations in global gas markets and energy prices, we maintained reliable supply across our network through prudent gas sourcing and comprehensive operational planning. We also continued to strengthen our infrastructure through network expansion and partnerships that support long-term growth. While margins benefited from certain market factors during the quarter, our focus remains on sustainable business growth through customer additions, infrastructure development, operational efficiency, and enhanced penetration across our licensed areas.
