The share of profit from this joint venture in Q1FY27 was Rs 89.68 lakh, compared to Rs 29.13 lakh in Q1FY26.</li><li _ngcontent-ng-c1006311636=""><strong _ngcontent-ng-c1006311636="">Government Incentives:</strong> Revenue from Operations for Q1FY27 includes incentives totaling Rs 3,426 lakh. These pertain to investments made in Gujarat under the Industrial Policy 2015 and in Haryana under the Haryana Enterprises & Employment Policy 2020. This is compared to incentives of Rs 5,320 lakh in Q1FY26 and Rs 3,550 lakh in Q4FY26.</li><li _ngcontent-ng-c1006311636=""><strong _ngcontent-ng-c1006311636="">Taxation:</strong> Effective from April 1, 2026, the company opted for the concessional tax regime under Section 115BAA of the Income-tax Act.
