Jayshree Chemicals Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 16/07/2026 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 29 and 33(3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Notice is hereby given that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held through Video Conference on Thursday, 16th July, 2026 to consider and approve, inter-alia, the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on 30th June, 2026. Further, as informed by our above referred letter dated 26th June, 2026, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company was closed from 01st July, 2026 and shall remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of financial results i.e. upto 18th July, 2026 (both days inclusive).
