We are thus enclosing the Audited Standalone Financial Results for the half year and year ended March 31, 2026, together with the Report of the Auditors in terms of Regulation 33. of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015. The Board Meeting of the Company commenced on 16:00 (IST) and concluded at 18:15 (IST). The abovementioned financial results and disclosure shall be available on the website at https://kanishkindia.co.in/investor-profile-2/ of the Company under the financial results section.

This is to inform you that the Company had raised an amount of ? 29,20,00,000 (Indian Rupees Twenty-Nine Crores Twenty Lakhs) through an Initial Public Offering ('IPO') of 40,00,000 Equity Shares of face value of ? 10/- Each ('Equity Shares') in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018 and other applicable laws, pursuant to the prospectus dated January 20, 2026 ('Prospectus'), details of which are enclosed. Further, in terms of Regulation 32 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby confirm that there was no deviation and/or variation in the utilization of the issue proceeds from the objects stated in the Prospectus.
