Shirol, Dist. Kolhapur - 416103, for approval of Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended as on 30.06.2026. Further, kindly note that under the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will be closed until closing hours on August 10th, 2026.
