<h3><span style="font-size:16px;"><strong>Industrial Products company KSH International announced Q1FY27 results</strong></span></h3><p _ngcontent-ng-c2478508423=""><strong _ngcontent-ng-c2478508423="">फायनान्शियल हायलाईट्स:</strong></p><ul><li _ngcontent-ng-c2478508423=""><strong _ngcontent-ng-c2478508423="">Revenue from Operations:</strong> In Q1FY27, revenue stood at Rs 11,642.35 million, representing a growth of 108.38% YoY from Rs 5,587.12 million in Q1FY26 and an increase of 14.33% QoQ compared to Rs 10,183.42 million in Q4FY26.</li><li _ngcontent-ng-c2478508423=""><strong _ngcontent-ng-c2478508423="">Other Income:</strong> Reported at Rs 81.87 million for Q1FY27, which is a growth of 110.35% YoY from Rs 38.92 million in Q1FY26, though it saw a decrease of 11.68% QoQ from Rs 92.70 million in Q4FY26.</li><li _ngcontent-ng-c2478508423=""><strong _ngcontent-ng-c2478508423="">Total Income:</strong> The total income for Q1FY27 reached Rs 11,724.22 million, an increase of 108.39% YoY compared to Rs 5,626.04 million in Q1FY26 and a growth of 14.09% QoQ from Rs 10,276.12 million in Q4FY26.</li><li _ngcontent-ng-c2478508423=""><strong _ngcontent-ng-c2478508423="">Profit Before Tax:</strong> For Q1FY27, profit before tax was Rs 568.95 million, up 69.67% YoY from Rs 335.32 million in Q1FY26 and up 27.38% QoQ from Rs 446.67 million in Q4FY26.</li><li _ngcontent-ng-c2478508423=""><strong _ngcontent-ng-c2478508423="">Profit for the Quarter (PAT):</strong> Stood at Rs 422.20 million in Q1FY27, reflecting a growth of 86.15% YoY from Rs 226.81 million in Q1FY26 and a 22.28% increase QoQ from Rs 345.27 million in Q4FY26.</li><li _ngcontent-ng-c2478508423=""><strong _ngcontent-ng-c2478508423="">Total Comprehensive Income:</strong> Reported at Rs 422.57 million in Q1FY27, an increase of 86.71% YoY from Rs 226.32 million in Q1FY26 and 21.33% QoQ from Rs 348.29 million in Q4FY26.</li><li _ngcontent-ng-c2478508423=""><strong _ngcontent-ng-c2478508423="">प्रति इक्विटी शेअर कमाई (EPS):</strong> Q1FY27 साठी बेसिक EPS ₹6.23 होते, Q1FY26 मध्ये ₹3.99 आणि Q4FY26 मध्ये ₹5.10 च्या तुलनेत.</li></ul><p><strong _ngcontent-ng-c2478508423="">बिझनेस हायलाईट्स:</strong></p><ul><li _ngcontent-ng-c2478508423=""><strong _ngcontent-ng-c2478508423="">Segment Performance:</strong> The Company operates in a single business segment of winding wires primarily made of Copper and Aluminum; therefore, there are no reportable segments under Ind AS 108.</li><li _ngcontent-ng-c2478508423=""><strong _ngcontent-ng-c2478508423="">Production Update:</strong> The Company commenced production of copper rods for captive consumption and warehousing at its new in-house Upcast Facility (Unit No. 5) at Chakan, Pune, effective August 04, 2026.</li><li _ngcontent-ng-c2478508423=""><strong _ngcontent-ng-c2478508423="">Operational Incident:</strong> During Q1FY27, goods misappropriated by an external transporter’s truck driver during transit resulted in a loss of Rs 10.75 million (invoice value excluding GST). The Company has lodged an FIR and an insurance claim; partial quantities of the material have been recovered as of the reporting date.</li><li _ngcontent-ng-c2478508423=""><strong _ngcontent-ng-c2478508423="">IPO Completion:</strong> The Company completed an Initial Public Offering (IPO) of 16,311,303 equity shares during the quarter ended December 31, 2025, and was listed on BSE and NSE on December 23, 2025.</li><li _ngcontent-ng-c2478508423=""><strong _ngcontent-ng-c2478508423="">Regulatory Update:</strong> Following the notification of New Labour Codes, the Company reassessed employee benefit obligations in FY26, recognizing an incremental past service cost of Rs 16.38 million for gratuity and Rs 0.22 million for compensated absences as exceptional items.</li></ul><p><strong>Rajesh K. Hegde, Managing Director of KSH International, said:</strong> “Growth in our higher value-addition Specialized Wires, specifically CTC, meaningfully outpaced the healthy growth in Standard Wires, driving volumes, exports and unit economic profitability in Q1. During the quarter, we also signed a long-term framework agreement with a large Global transformer OEM to supply their global production facilities over the next five years. Our next phase of capacity expansion in Phase 2 is on track to come online in Q2, and last week, we commissioned our upcast backward integration facility as well.
