Further, the Trading Window for dealing in the Company''s securities remains closed from July 01, 2026, and shall reopen 48 hours after the conclusion of the Board Meeting, in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company''s Code of Conduct.
