The subsidiary's interim financial information reflects total revenues of Rs 2,023.82 lakh and a total net profit after tax of Rs 95.45 lakh for Q1FY27.</li><li _ngcontent-ng-c2478508423=""><strong _ngcontent-ng-c2478508423="">Statutory Auditor Appointment:</strong> On the recommendation of the Audit Committee, the Board has approved the appointment of M/s. J. T. Shah & Company, Chartered Accountants, as the Statutory Auditors of the company for a term of five consecutive years, starting from the conclusion of the 11th Annual General Meeting.</li><li _ngcontent-ng-c2478508423=""><strong _ngcontent-ng-c2478508423="">Reporting Period Data:</strong> The figures for Q4FY26 are the balancing figures between the audited figures for the full financial year ended March 31, 2026, and the unaudited year-to-date figures up to December 31, 2025.</li></ul><p><strong>Niraj C. Gemawat, Founder & Managing Director, said:</strong> A quarter is a short window, but it is a fair test of whether a business model actually works. This one tells us it does.</p><p>Revenue from operations grew 18.1 %. Operating profit grew more than twice as fast, at 40.9%. That gap is not an accounting outcome - it is what happens when intelligence is embedded in how the work actually gets done.</p><p>Delivery capacity expanded this quarter without a matching expansion in headcount cost. Employee cost was in fact lower year-on-year, even as revenue rose meaningfully. The margin expansion - 420 basis points to 25.9% - is the direct visible signature of Al-first execution.</p><p>We are not trying to grow faster than we can absorb. We are trying to earn more from every unit of effort - and to hold that discipline when the market rewards noise.</p><p>Sequential profitability improved without relying on a revenue step-up - the shape of growth we are engineering for: durable, compounding, disciplined.</p><p>Enterprise engineering, applied Al, and next-generation software delivery reward companies that can operationalize intelligence rather than merely announce it. That is the standard we hold ourselves to, quarter after quarter.</p><p>On a trailing twelve-month basis, revenue is up 22% YoY and profit up 19% - with employee cost lower than a year ago. This is not a four-month narrative.
