<h3><span style="font-size:16px;"><strong>Realty company Omaxe announced Q1FY27 results</strong></span></h3><p _ngcontent-ng-c1940132427=""><strong _ngcontent-ng-c1940132427="">Consolidated Financial Highlights:</strong></p><ul><li _ngcontent-ng-c1940132427="">Total Income for Q1FY27 stood at Rs 438.94 crore, representing a growth of 16.64% QoQ compared to Rs 376.31 crore in Q4FY26 and an increase of 47.28% YoY from Rs 298.03 crore in Q1FY26.</li><li _ngcontent-ng-c1940132427="">Revenue from operations in Q1FY27 was Rs 406.17 crore, increasing by 16.54% QoQ from Rs 348.52 crore in Q4FY26 and 43.91% YoY from Rs 282.24 crore in Q1FY26.</li><li _ngcontent-ng-c1940132427="">The group reported a Net Profit of Rs 1.30 crore in Q1FY27, showing a significant turnaround from a Net Loss of Rs 191.42 crore in Q4FY26 and a Net Loss of Rs 185.77 crore in Q1FY26.</li><li _ngcontent-ng-c1940132427="">Profit before tax for Q1FY27 was Rs 5.13 crore, compared to a Loss before tax of Rs 253.74 crore in Q4FY26 and a Loss before tax of Rs 228.09 crore in Q1FY26.</li><li _ngcontent-ng-c1940132427="">Total Comprehensive Income for the quarter Q1FY27 was Rs 1.05 crore, as against a Total Comprehensive Loss of Rs 191.37 crore in Q4FY26 and a loss of Rs 185.31 crore in Q1FY26.</li><li _ngcontent-ng-c1940132427="">Basic and Diluted Earnings Per Share (EPS) for Q1FY27 was Rs 0.05, compared to an EPS of Rs (10.46) in Q4FY26 and Rs (10.16) in Q1FY26.</li></ul><p _ngcontent-ng-c1940132427=""><strong _ngcontent-ng-c1940132427="">Standalone Financial Highlights:</strong></p><ul><li _ngcontent-ng-c1940132427="">Total Income for Q1FY27 was Rs 97.02 crore, a decline of 42.42% QoQ from Rs 168.49 crore in Q4FY26 and a decrease of 23.26% YoY from Rs 126.42 crore in Q1FY26.</li><li _ngcontent-ng-c1940132427="">Revenue from operations in Q1FY27 stood at Rs 75.82 crore, down by 53.05% QoQ from Rs 161.49 crore in Q4FY26 and 36.53% YoY from Rs 119.46 crore in Q1FY26.</li><li _ngcontent-ng-c1940132427="">Net Loss for Q1FY27 narrowed to Rs 31.88 crore, compared to a Net Loss of Rs 83.05 crore in Q4FY26 and a Net Loss of Rs 35.83 crore in Q1FY26.</li><li _ngcontent-ng-c1940132427="">Loss before tax for the quarter Q1FY27 was Rs 40.82 crore, versus a loss of Rs 110.32 crore in Q4FY26 and a loss of Rs 44.29 crore in Q1FY26.</li><li _ngcontent-ng-c1940132427="">Total Comprehensive Loss for Q1FY27 was Rs 32.11 crore, compared to a loss of Rs 82.94 crore in Q4FY26 and a loss of Rs 35.87 crore in Q1FY26.</li></ul><p _ngcontent-ng-c1940132427=""><strong _ngcontent-ng-c1940132427="">Business Highlights:</strong></p><ul><li _ngcontent-ng-c1940132427=""><strong _ngcontent-ng-c1940132427="">Consolidation Scope:</strong> The consolidated financial results for Q1FY27 include the accounts of 144 group companies and two associate companies. One subsidiary having nil income/profit was struck off on May 5, 2026, and was not consolidated.</li><li _ngcontent-ng-c1940132427=""><strong _ngcontent-ng-c1940132427="">Legal Update:</strong> The company has challenged an order from SEBI dated July 30, 2024, before the Securities Appellate Tribunal (SAT), Mumbai.
