Shipping company Swan Defence and Heavy Industries announced Q4FY26 & FY26 results Q4FY26 Financial Highlights: Total Income for Q4FY26 stood at Rs 366.34 crore, an increase of 3,239.5% QoQ (compared to Rs 10.97 crore in Q3FY26) and an increase of 2,935.1% YoY (compared to Rs 12.07 crore in Q4FY25). The Company reported a loss of Rs 142.63 crore in Q4FY26, compared to a loss of Rs 33.39 crore in Q3FY26 and a loss of Rs 22.88 crore in Q4FY25. FY26 Financial Highlights: Total Income for FY26 stood at Rs 439.98 crore, an increase of 2,408.4% YoY from Rs 17.54 crore in FY25. The Company reported a loss of Rs 227.51 crore for FY26, compared to a loss of Rs 181.49 आर्थिक वर्ष 25 मध्ये कोटी. This macro support, paired with our mega infrastructure, powered SDHI to secure several landmark commercial and defence orders this year - a clear stamp of global stakeholder confidence in our execution. Looking ahead, we see growing momentum in the global maritime sector, supported by decarbonization and the diversification of supply chains beyond traditional shipbuilding hubs.
